There are two kinds of returns, namely, Courier Return and Customer Return. Courier returns are the undeliverable cases which have either been rejected by the customer or the customer was not reachable. These orders are returned to us and are kept at our warehouse. You can choose to get these reshipped to the customer or your place. Courier Returns are charged the same as the forward shipping. As mentioned earlier, we do not have a Customer Return policy. We have a replacement policy where all replacement requests are checked for the issue with the product. Once approved, we ship a replacement to your customer.
