How does CoD work for dropshipping?

When you place an order for a Cash on Delivery Order with us, we charge you for the cases that you have ordered. We dispatch the order and collect the cash on your behalf.

Once we receive the money for your order, the amount will be added to your account. This money can be used to order more cases or you can also request a NEFT transfer.

We will then transfer the money directly to your bank account.

What is the Margin you are working with other retailers?

All our products have a fixed price. You can add your own profit markup on our product prices.

 

Does your price to us include shipping charges and other taxes? If not please define rates.

Shipping

How much time does it take to dispatch an order?

All phone cases, mugs, coasters and mousepads are dispatched within 48 working hours of placing the order.

All notebooks and posters are dispatched within 72 working hours of placing the order.

Please note that this is the maximum time taken to dispatch the orders. We generally ship the order within 24 working hours.

What shipping carriers do you use to ship the products?

We use FedEx, Delhivery and ECom Express to ship all our products. If the pincode is not serviceable by these carriers, we use SpeedPost to ship the products.

Do you ship across the country(India)?

Yes, we ship throughout India.

Do you provide tracking numbers/links once the product is shipped from your end?

Yes, the tracking ID along with the shipping company is updated once the product is dispatched.

Branding

Will Printrove’s branding be seen anywhere on the packaging?

We promise you that your customer will never know that the product was sent by Printrove. Our name is not printed anywhere on the package.

Do you ensure to print the invoice with our company’s logo and details on the sale slip of the packaging?

We do not print invoices as such unless provided by the customer, but our shipping label consists the retail price at which the product is sold to the customer.

It also serves as the reference for COD amount collection.

Returns

How do you deal with products Dead on Arrival ?

Products which are delivered in a misfit or misprint condition are replaced free of cost. We do not have a refund policy and hence only a replacement is possible.

How to deal with the warranty on the products?

We have a 6-month print warranty on all our cases. If the print fades or peels off, we shall replace the case free of cost.

What is your Return Policy?

There are two kinds of returns, namely, Courier Return and Customer Return. Courier returns are the undeliverable cases which have either been rejected by the customer or the customer was not reachable. These orders are returned to us and are kept at our warehouse.

You can choose to get these reshipped to the customer or your place. Courier Returns are charged the same as the forward shipping.

As mentioned earlier, we do not have a Customer Return policy. We have a replacement policy where all replacement requests are checked for the issue with the product.

Once approved, we ship a replacement to your customer.

Billing

Can you provide your CST and TIN for our records?

Yes, we can provide our TIN and CST once you register.

Do you have VAT registration (If you are registered outside Delhi)?

Yes, we are registered in Tamil Nadu and have a VAT number.

Products

Will Printrove use my designs to sell products elsewhere?

We take design copyrights very seriously. When you sign up with us we will be more than happy to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement with you which makes sure we do not use your designs anywhere else.

Do you ensure to print the invoice with our company’s logo and details on the sale slip of the packaging?

Can we use your products’ image/description on our website?

We provide all our merchants with a design library of 500+ designs. Considering our entire model range of 130+ phone models, we have product images ready for around 65,000 products which are readily available to display on your website.

Do you have a real time stock update software? How do we get to know if your product is in Stock or Not?

Since all are products are printed on demand, we never go out of stock for any particular design in our catalogue. In very rare conditions, when we are out of stock of some particular phone model, we inform our merchants in advance.

What are your Quality Control Measures?

Our products undergo a 2-stage Quality check process where the phone case is first checked for any misfits and second for any misprints. Any phone case not adhering to our quality measures is rejected and the case is reprinted.

We provide all our merchants with a design library of 500+ designs. Considering our entire model range of 130+ phone models, we have product images ready for around 65,000 products which are readily available to display on your website.
